- 100% Steel Construction with Baked-On Powder Coat: Provides
extra durability under constant use
- Adjustable Sealing Bar Hinges: Tough and secure seals are
created by the strong compression of the sealing bar to the rubber pad. Unique adjustable
hinges between the bar and the rubber pad provide quality, durable seals
- Seal is made against the side of the machine: Sealing bar and
rubber pad are built flush with the side of the machine for ease in making multiple seals
for long packages and saves plastic film by cropping package closer to the sealing wire
- Divider Bar: Opens film for easy insertion of product
- Roller Assembly: Provides smooth, wrinkle-free plastic roll
film dispensing, without drag or free-spin.
- Silicone Rubber Pad and Sealing Wire: Durable and heat
resistant to extend the life of the machine - Easily replaced. We provide a top cover tape
to reduce supply costs to you.
- Two Year Limited Warranty: Protect your investment. Heat
surfaces not covered, but we supply extra Tape/wire supplies w/ sealer.
Options available for the UB-Series Bar Sealers:
- Heat Timer: Automatically shuts off heat at a pre-set time. A
good option, but usually not be necessary! (*call for cost, Around $100*)
- 220/240 Volt Option: For machine export or compatibility with
other equipment, plug not provided. *call for details*

- Rubber Pad and Sealing Frame Adjustment: Consistent, tough and
secure seals are created by the strong mating of the sealing frame to the rubber pads.
Mini L-Sealers not only have an adjustable sealing frame but adjustable rubber pads as
well, to make those seals strong and tight. Best of all you don't need to call the
technician to align sealer.
- Divider Tray: For easy insertion of your product into the
film.
- Teflon Cloth/Tape: The Mini L-Sealer is designed to use Teflon
cloth or tape if the type of plastic film requires it (PVC Films usually do) to prevent
smoking. Cryovac can use bare wire.
- Oven Baked Powder Coated Surface with 100% Steel Construction:
Provides long life under continual, industrial production. PVC will not cause metal rust
as easily over the life of the sealer.
Optional items for your Mini L-Sealer:
- Perforated Punch: Uses a perforating wheel to make small holes
as the wrap is unwound; no air is trapped inside.
- Removable Stainless Steel Film Tray: Washable, for use with
foods. ,*Special Order for food only*.
- Combination Stand with Locking Casters: Fits both the Mini
L-Sealer and the Mini Shrink Tunnel for productive mobility. Bottom shelf and product
slide also available.
- 220/240 Volts Available: For export or domestic wiring. An electrician will be required
to install the 220-Volt.

The Mini Tunnel makes finishing simple and easy:
Just seal your package and pass it through. The conveyor
will move the product through the tunnel and deliver a perfectly shrink-wrapped package on
the other side.
- All-Steel Construction with Baked-on Powder Coating: Built on
a rugged frame that promises long life under constant use
- Adjustable Sealing Frame Height: Fits packages of various
heights by just the turn of a knob. Package is raised or lowered to the correct height for
sealing. This operation is smooth and easy to fine tune with various package sizes.
- Rubber Pad and Sealing Frame Adjustment: Tough, secure seals
are created every time by the strong mating of the sealing frame to the rubber pads. Both
adjustments make these seals superior in self maintenance & operation ease.
- Heat Wire Compensation System: Turns sealing wire off at the
same temperature every time. This system helps eliminate problems like premature breaking
of the seal wire, and burning of the Teflon tape and rubber pads. Allows for FASTER SEALS,
AND CONSISTENT RESULTS!
- Adjustable Tray and Roller Assembly: Adjusts easily forward
& backward to accommodate a variety of products.
- Teflon Cloth/Tape: The Standard L-Sealer is designed to use
Teflon cloth or tape if the type of plastic film requires it.
- Film Brake: Eliminates problems with free unwinding of plastic
film, keeps the correct pressure on supply roll.
- Designed with easy maintenance in mind, quick parts replacement and fewer

- Hot Hole Punch: Frees trapped air when the film is shrunk
- Perforating Punch: Uses a perforating wheel to make small
holes as the wrap is unwound; no air is trapped inside the wrap
- The "Letre" Tab System: A patented system that creates a tab to
permit consumer-Friendly, easy opening of the package; also provides a venting hole
without the need for a punch
- Legs with Locking Casters: Provides easy, safe movement of
sealer where ever you will need it or store it.
